Gig on the Green is organised by the community for the community. All profits go to supporting improving sports facilities in Yateley, Hampshire, based around Yateley United FC, with the emphasis on the youth of Yateley and maintaining the Sean Devereux Park grounds, which were bought with funds raised from the Gig on the Green. We welcome the support of local schools, musicians, businesses and volunteers. If you’re a local business wanting to support a great community event there are a variety of ways in which to get involved from becoming a business sponsor to taking out an advert in the programme or displaying your brand name at the event. Contact us to discuss the opportunities available to you.
We are always looking for local people either to join the team of committed volunteers that organise Gig on the Green, or to help out on the day.
We have space for a limited number of catering stalls and licensed bars. We welcome applications from a wide range of food styles. If you would like to apply for one of these pitches please complete the application form below.
We also have space for up to 20 community and local business stalls. These pitches will be 5 metres square and please note there is to be no selling of alcohol or cigarettes and food and drink items are to be restricted to simple cakes, sweets, cans of soft drinks etc. Full terms and conditions are in the application form.
